Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹599. Orders below ₹599 will incur a standard shipping charge, calculated and shown at checkout.

We currently ship across India to over 25,000 pin codes, including all major metro cities and smaller towns.

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders and pin codes. A COD handling charge may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. COD availability is determined automatically at checkout based on your delivery pin code.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
